How to make your business appealing to external investors? Who are the typical investors? What are they looking for? What do you need to prepare for them? In this workshop, we are going to tell you what are the fundamentals of a “business plan” document and pitching deck. In addition to that, you will understand more about angel investors and venture capital. After the workshop, you should have a much higher chance to get the deal in your next pitch.

In this workshop, we are going to introduce different financing approaches, cost of capital and risk management methods. Getting the funding seems to be the most important thing, but actually how you manage it is much more critical to the success in your business expansion plan.

Expanding your business, very often, you will find a strategic partner to become part of your company, joining as a shareholder. How do you manage this type of relationship? What are the terms and conditions necessary to bond each other tighter? In this workshop, we are going to introduce various types of shareholders agreement and incentive schemes to you. You will be able to find the most suitable one for your next shareholder.

此工作坊中,我們將分享各類型協議中應留意的重要法律條款:租賃協議、分銷協議、銷售訂單、特許經營協議、股東協議等。透過案例研究,說明忽略這些重要的法律條款對持續拓展業務的影響。此工作坊後,相信你定能從善如流地避免合同中的許多常見陷阱,免招金錢損失。
In this workshop, we are going to tell you the critical legal terms to look for in various types of agreements: lease agreement, distribution agreement, sales order, franchise agreement, shareholders agreement etc. We will also have some case studies to illustrate the impact of missing out these critical legal terms to your growing business. After the workshop, you should be able to avoid a lot of the common pitfalls in contracts that saves you lots of money in the future.
